HomeDesign 12th HOME MAKEING EXHIBITION GENERAL INFORMATION
More than 455 exhibitors showcased their latest products at the prestigious construction industry, building technology and interior design forum in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to the offer of the exhibitors, visitors to the HUNGEXPO Congress and Exhibition Center in Budapest during the exhibition period had the opportunity to attend numerous professional presentations, conferences and lectures.
On the first day of the event, Gabor Ganczer (CEO of Hungexpo Ltd.) welcomed the crowd, and Nandor Csepreghy (Undersecretary of Construction and Transportation Ministry), then gave a keynote speech. At the opening ceremony, the CONSTRUMA Awards also were presented.
The 12th edition's main message was "home furnishings should be a playful way to fulfill your own desires". The Hungarian Design Stand, which featured the MINI-INTERIORS of the National Association of Interior Designers and the DESIGNCubes mini-interiors of the National Association of Interior Designers, was a place where young designers' products were displayed in miniature interiors. The programs of FABUNIO Wood Like After, and Thousand-Colored Wood extra - PLAYGROUND were also visited by many visitors.
This year, HOMEDesign also hosted a number of professional programs, roundtable discussions, and forums. The feedback received from participants indicates that the Stonemason Conference, Interior Designers' Round Table and the professional discussion of Society of Carpet Designers entitled Green Alternative in Textile Design were all extremely successful.
