EXPO at the Expo 2027
The 2026 EXPO at the Expo, the largest business trade show on California’s Central Coast, takes place on May 20, 2026 (4‑7 p.m.) at the Madonna Inn Expo Center in San Luis Obispo. Over 110 local businesses will exhibit, showcasing products and services across key regional sectors such as healthcare, transportation, public safety, education, energy, real estate, and tourism. The event features a Country/Western theme, encouraging exhibitors to incorporate western décor, attire, and swag (e.g., bandanas, boot keychains) while maintaining cultural sensitivity. Booths are set up from 10 a.m., with internal networking beginning at 2:30 p.m. and public doors opening at 4 p.m. Food and beverage vendors are advised to provide one sample per 2‑3 attendees (≈1,000 samples for the 2,000+ crowd), with alcohol limited to 4 oz. Attendees receive a complimentary tote, and exhibitors may distribute business cards or promotional items. Parking is available at the rear of the venue, and all displays must be cleared by 10 p.m.
