ObesityWeek 2026

ObesityWeek is The Obesity Society's 44th annual meeting and the international conference advancing obesity science and patient care. The 2026 edition takes place November 14-17, 2026 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, Maryland (Washington, DC area).

The program brings together the full spectrum of obesity science - from basic research and translational studies to clinical application, policy and population health. Event highlights include:

• 4,300+ attendees and 250+ expert speakers from 60+ countries.
• 175+ scientific sessions across six tracks: Metabolism & Integrative Physiology, Neuroscience, Interventional & Clinical Studies, Population Health, Clinical & Professional Practice, and Policy & Public Health.
• 700+ research posters.
• Up to 20.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CME credits, with 13 eligible for ABIM MOC points and all counting as Group One for the ABOM application.
