Great American Stamp Show

The Great American Stamp Show (GASS) is the combined national philatelic exhibition co-hosted by the American Philatelic Society (APS), the American Topical Association (ATA) and the American First Day Cover Society (AFDCS), and sponsored by the USPS.

The 2027 edition takes place August 19-22, 2027 at the Albuquerque Convention Center, 401 2nd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, USA.

As a World Series of Philately (WSP) show, GASS includes a bourse with dealers offering tables for buying and selling stamps, competitive multi-frame exhibits, meetings and seminars, and functions of one or more philatelic societies. Adult multi-frame exhibits that receive at least a vermeil medal at a WSP show may apply to be shown at international FIP shows, and the multiframe grand award winning exhibit is invited to compete in the annual Champion of Champions competition at the APS StampShow.

No Great American Stamp Show was held in 2026 (2026 - Bye Approved; Boston 2026 hosted the APS annual meeting and Champion of Champions).
