Review of regional food products that are intended for sale, and prepared according to traditional recipes. National specialties are products that are characteristic of a narrower geographical area, and they're mostly made from organic materials.
This event promotes traditional products to be first-class export and market goods. They should also become an essential part of the tourism offering. The products are those with a protected geographical origin or recommended for protection.
The goal is to establish the ethnic product trademark, i.e. Branding of traditional products.
