Smart Cities are becoming a more important topic in the development of Czech municipalities, cities and regions. We face a growing number of challenges together that require us to find innovative solutions and practices. These are essential for ensuring sustainable growth, prosperity, and quality of life. International examples show that Smart Cities are only possible with strong collaboration between sectors and levels. But such cooperation doesn't just happen. It is the result of regular meetings, exchanges of experience and mutual learning. URBIS is preparing this year's Smart Cities Meetup in collaboration with about ten institutions and four ministries. All the relevant information and activities will be gathered in one location at a single time.
After discussions with partners, a date has been determined for the URBIS Smart Cities Meetup in 2019. The event will be held in June. It is similar to the one this year, but with a slight delay of a week.
