Budapest Boat Show was launched at the same time that the Travel+ Exhibition. The Hungarian Sailing Association, the Balaton Boat Show and the Association of Boat Industry Entrepreneurs are the strategic partners of the Budapest Boat Show.
Visitors could choose from a variety of boating services, clothing and equipment and see motor and electrical boats. They could also buy water sport equipment. This year's exhibitors were especially pleased, not only because there was a lot of interest but also because they had a lot of business.
The organizers of this exhibition asked the Hungarian Sailing Academy to host the sailing competition. The exhibition is celebrating the Five Olympic Games this year, so Olympians, former athletes, and future Olympic hopefuls have been given a special place.
The 100% electric boat DELPHIA10 LoungeTop by Adex Yachting Ltd. won the category "Sailing, Electric and Powerboat". Royal Spa Hungary Ltd. won second place with its Royal Craft 24, an electric small boat measuring 7.3 meters. It also received the special award for Best Domestic Development. The Stream RIB 650 of Power and Sail Hungary Kft. took third place. Hanse Hungaria Kft. won the category "Marine Related Products".
The exhibition also featured the latest developments from the previous year and the winners of last year's competition.
