The event was created by Fenalco Atlantico and the Colombian Red Cross Atlantic Section in 2008 with the primary objective of promoting cuisine and culinary cultures of the Colombian Caribbean.
It is one of the biggest fairs in the nation, having been held for 16 years. This event brings together all the different elements of the food value chain: restaurants, chefs, producers, entrepreneurs and traditional cooks. The fair is a meeting place for all the components of the gastronomy value chain, including restaurants, producers and entrepreneurs. It also brings together traditional cooks as well as national and international chefs. You can taste it at a future edition.
