Since September 1, 2022, the ZFE-m (Low Emission Zone) has been enforced, which limits access for certain vehicles in the Rouen metropolitan area. Fortunately, vehicles classified under Crit’Air 0, 1, 2, and 3 are eligible, and classic cars may enjoy certain exemptions if they have a “Véhicule de Collection” registration. This means you can comfortably bring your vintage car to join the festivities without worrying about access issues. Make sure to acquire the relevant documents if you wish to showcase your classic vehicle. For those who do not have a vehicle that fits these requirements, public transportation is a great option, with direct connections to the venue.
