Talent & Organizational Reform Expo in the AI Era (formerly DX Human Resource Development Expo / デジタル人材育成支援EXPO) is RX Japan's specialised trade show for digital HR development, reskilling, and organisational reform. Official Japanese pages still use the path /visit/dxh.html and explicitly label the show as the successor of デジタル人材育成支援EXPO.

The next edition is held as part of NexTech Week Tokyo 2026 Autumn, 11–13 November 2026 at Makuhari Messe (International Exhibition Halls 1–3), Chiba. Concurrent shows include AI EXPO, Blockchain EXPO, Quantum Computing EXPO, Humanoid Robot EXPO, Physical AI EXPO, and Industrial XR Applications EXPO. The following NexTech Week Spring edition is listed for 21–23 April 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight.
