The Allergy & Free From Show is the UK's consumer event for free-from living, aimed at people who avoid certain foods or ingredients for medical reasons or lifestyle choices, including allergies, intolerances, coeliac disease, hay fever and eczema. It combines an exhibition of free-from brands with talks, cookery demonstrations and shopping.
Dates and edition
The 2027 edition runs 15-16 May 2027 at the NEC Birmingham. The show moved from Olympia London to the NEC Birmingham from 2026 onwards; the organiser announced the relocation in August 2025 and the official site now lists Birmingham as the show's home.

Saturday 15 May 2027, 09:00-17:00. Sunday 16 May 2027, 10:00-16:00.
Show sections
Exhibitors are grouped into Food & Drink, Skincare, Health & Wellness, and New & Small Business sections, giving visitors a way to navigate brands by category. The event also runs an Inspiration Stage and The Kitchen, where speakers and chefs present talks and live cooking sessions, supported by a panel of ambassadors.
