Who? New models, new professional practices: for who? What?
Everyone is concerned about the attraction of professions, and the loyalty of professional. The groups are organizing and offering interesting HR schemes. VAE, long-term training courses, Bridges... Even the government has taken up the topic by launching a communications campaign and a recruiting platform. Upskilling and the progression of professionals to new functions or even new professions is one of the key factors to attract and encourage older people to work.
What if these new practices and learning led to new models? Diversification of skills would improve the lives of professionals in the workplace and reduce the silos of work? It would promote the creation quality links which in turn enhances the value for all stakeholders. Professionals as well as residents. This may be a new approach to care, an important social and civic portal that was not well understood up until now...and certainly different from a strictly medico-legal approach.
