Copy states that since its inception in 1988, Lavender Law has been a family reunion for LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals, and that it is the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country with over 2,000 attendees annually.
About (official annual page): From July 19-21, 2027 the association will bring 2,000 corporate counsel, legal professionals, and law students together. The event includes three days of panel discussions, networking, and a career fair with 300 law students expected. The Career Fair is described as connecting LGBTQ+ candidates with LGBTQ+ friendly recruiters from law firms, government agencies, LGBTQ+ rights groups, and corporate legal departments. Organizations that wish to recruit must register as a sponsor. 2025 career-fair copy on the same page states over 400 law students and over 200 law firms, nonprofits, and government agencies registered that year (past edition, not 2027 counts).
