The Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals of the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers of Government of India is organising "India Chem 2024", 13th Edition, from 4th – 6th October 2018, at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, India. India Chem is the Department's flagship event and one of the biggest composite events in the Asia-Pacific Region. It consists of both an International Conference and Exhibition. India Chem 2024 is a platform that will allow investors both domestically and internationally to meet and form alliances. This will provide a great opportunity for trade and investment. Concurrent sessions include the Global CEOs Round Table, conclaves for different industries (e.g. Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Agrochemicals Industry, Processes and Machinery) and regional exchanges.
The inaugural session of India Chem-2022 was held in Pragati Maidan from the 2nd to the 3rd of November 2022. This 11th edition was held in a hybrid format (physical and digital). The event's theme was "India : Global Manufacturing hub for Chemicals and Petrochemicals". It is scheduled to take place from 17th – 19th March, 2021. Shri D.V. Sadananda G. Gowda inaugurated the event.
