SINOPHEX - China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exhibition 2026
SINOPHEX - China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exhibition is the machinery and equipment pillar of API China, the China International Pharmaceutical API / Intermediates / Packaging / Equipment Trade Fair, one of the longest-running pharmaceutical industry events in China, founded in 1968 and organised by Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions (a joint venture of SinoPharm and Reed Exhibitions).
The 95th edition takes place 11-13 November 2026 at the Wuhan International Expo Center (No. 619 Yingwu Avenue, Hanyang District, Wuhan, Hubei). Running alongside the API China raw-materials, excipient (PHARMEX) and pharmaceutical packaging (PHARMPACK) sections, SINOPHEX occupies a dedicated large-scale machinery zone of roughly 80,000 sqm within the 80,000 sqm overall show, gathering more than 500 domestic and international pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers and drawing an expected 120,000 professional visitors, with more than 97% of China's top pharmaceutical companies attending for procurement.
Exhibits cover the full pharmaceutical production chain: solid dosage form complete lines (tablet presses, capsule fillers, granulators, coaters, drying systems), API and TCM extraction equipment, bioprocess equipment (single-use bioreactors, chromatography, cell culture), continuous manufacturing and digital-twin smart production lines, pharmaceutical MES and machine-vision quality inspection systems, laboratory and pilot-scale instruments, cleanroom engineering and purified/injectable water systems, green and low-energy environmental equipment for waste gas, water and solid waste treatment, and high-speed blister/cartoning, capping, labelling and leak-detection packaging machinery. Featured exhibitors include Topra (Dongfulong), Chutian Technology, Shandong Xinhua, Saedie, plus international brands such as OPTIMA (Germany) and Marcannini (Italy).
Special themed areas include the DREAM LAB live demonstration laboratory, a continuous-manufacturing process demo line and a green/low-carbon equipment corridor. More than 30 technical forums run in parallel, covering smart manufacturing transformation, new GMP compliance and aseptic production, green pharmaceutical processes and one-to-one buyer-supplier matchmaking sessions for Central China's 6,000+ pharmaceutical and biotech producers.
Note: daily opening hours for the 2026 Wuhan edition have not been published on the official site; the API China series typically runs 9:00-17:00 on the first two days and until about 15:00-16:00 on the final day. SINOPHEX also appears at the API China Shanghai spring edition (94th, 13-15 May 2026, National Exhibition and Convention Center Shanghai), so the brand runs twice a year.
