Dear Runners, please bring your running shoes and gear to the expo either on Friday or Saturday. One World Running is a non-profit that has been promoting health and fitness in the world for many years by organizing community runs. OWR takes groups of adults and students to reservations and developing nations in the U.S. to promote health and goodwill by making exercise easy. One World Running has a booth near Packet Pick-up at the Expo.
Over 80 exhibitors will be featured at the Publix Health & Fitness Expo, showcasing a variety of products and services. Exhibitors will offer free samples of their products, and also sell them. We rarely see our attendees leave the expo thirsty or hungry! There will be many exhibitors available to help runners with last-minute items they may need to prepare for a run. All friends and family of our runners can attend the Publix Health & Fitness Expo for free.
