Nursing & Elderly Care Show (13th Edition)

The Nursing & Elderly Care Show is a constituent exhibition of Care Show Japan, a B2B trade show organised by Informa Markets Japan under the theme "For Care, Medical Care, Prevention, and Community Development in a Super-Aging Society." It gathers nursing-care providers, hospitals and clinics, pharmacies, welfare-equipment distributors, local governments and healthcare professionals from across Japan.

Dates and venue

The 13th edition takes place 17–19 March 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight West Hall 2 in Koto-ku, Tokyo, opening daily from 10:00 to 17:00. The show runs alongside Medi-Care Foods Show (19th edition), HEALTHCARE IT (12th edition) and Active Seniors NEXT (1st edition), plus the concurrent International KAiGO Festival.

What is on display

Exhibits cover care systems and software (care records, long-term care insurance claims, care-planning tools, staff scheduling, medication management), monitoring systems and sensors, rehabilitation and preventive-care equipment, frailty-prevention devices, mobility and bathing aids, beds and facility equipment, oral-care products, human-resource solutions, and a dedicated area for disaster prevention and BCP. Focus themes for this edition are dementia prevention and care, next-generation care technology, and disaster preparedness / business continuity planning.

Who attends

Visitors include operators of paid retirement homes, assisted-living and special nursing homes, nursing homes, group homes, day services, home-visit nursing agencies, hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation facilities, as well as care managers, social workers, dietitians, nurses, pharmacists and municipal welfare departments.
