ASHE Conference 2026
The Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) Annual Conference is a premier gathering of scholars dedicated to advancing research in higher education. Held each November, the conference features research presentations and symposia that address critical issues impacting colleges and universities.
The 51st Annual General Conference takes place Tuesday, November 3 through Friday, November 6, 2026 at the Dr. Pedro Rosselló González Puerto Rico Convention Center, 100 Convention Boulevard, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00907. Pre-conference forums are held on Tuesday, November 3 in San Juan, with additional virtual components in late October (including a Virtual Pre-Conference Day on Thursday, October 22, 2026).
ASHE fosters a collaborative environment where participants exchange ideas, explore emerging trends, and engage in professional development. The conference offers dedicated spaces for networking and mentoring and serves as a platform for shaping higher education scholarship and practice. Registration is available to members and non-members; discounted hotel blocks are listed on the official conference page.
Future editions already announced on the official Future Conferences page include Albuquerque, New Mexico (Albuquerque Convention Center, November 17–20, 2027) and Providence, Rhode Island (Rhode Island Convention Center, November 15–18, 2028).
