26th Advanced Automotive Battery Conference & Exhibition (AABC)

The Annual Advanced Automotive Battery Conference & Exhibition (AABC) returns for its 26th edition on December 7-10, 2026 at the San Diego Convention Center, 111 Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA, USA.

Organized by Cambridge EnerTech (a division of Cambridge Innovation Institute), AABC reviews the status of automotive battery technology and the pace and path of vehicle electrification worldwide.

Program

  • December 7 (Monday): Tutorials and two symposia - Large-Scale Batteries and Battery Recycling
  • December 8-9 (Tuesday & Wednesday): Main conference tracks - Battery Chemistry (Parts 1 & 2), Battery Engineering, Battery Manufacturing, and Raw Materials
  • December 9-10 (Wednesday & Thursday): xEV Battery Technology, Manufacturing/Production Automation, and AI for Energy Storage
  • Co-located tracks from ALTA Americas: Lithium & Rare Earths, and Nickel Cobalt Copper

The event features around 150 speakers from leading OEMs and suppliers (including Tesla, GM, Ford, Toyota and QuantumScape), plus an exhibition with sponsor booths and poster sessions.
