The U.S. Border Patrol was established in El Paso in 1924. We're bringing Border Security Expo back home to El Paso, where it all started: El Paso is home to Joint Task Force-North and CBP Special Operations Group. It also houses the DEA's El Paso Intelligence Center and the thousands of people responsible for half the southern border, the CBP El Paso Section Headquarters.
Expo 2015 will offer more opportunities for people to share ideas, build networks, and discover new innovations. The Expo will feature plenary sessions with policy leaders at the top, dedicated hours in the exhibit hall, and many networking opportunities. In addition, attendees will be able to get in-depth attention on pressing issues through new breakout sessions.
Border Security Expo has been the premier event in border security for 16 years. This year will be no different. We will bring together the best of border security--subject matter specialists, next-level solutions and practical applications- to keep the community informed, educated, and ahead of tomorrow's threats.
