Meat Attraction 2027
Anuga Select Ibérica 2027 is a major food‑and‑beverage trade fair held in Madrid from 16 to 18 February 2027. Organized by Koelnmesse and IFEMA Madrid, it merges the Meat Attraction and Bakery Ice Cream Attraction formats into a single platform for the Iberian market, linking Spain and Portugal with Latin America and North Africa. The fair showcases nine key sectors: Meat Attraction (full meat value chain), Bakery Ice Cream Attraction (bakery, pastry, ice‑cream, coffee), Frozen Food, Chilled & Fresh Food, Fine Food, Dairy Products, Drinks, Hot Beverages (tea, coffee, cocoa) and Auxiliary Industry (technology & services). An additional Organic segment highlights export‑focused organic products.
