Bakery & Ice Cream Attraction 2027
Under the premises of professionalization, innovation, business, and knowledge, Intersicop evolves to become Bakery & Ice Cream Attraction. This new format will take place from February 16 to 18, 2027, as the major international meeting point for the bakery, pastry, ice cream, and coffee industries. Its goal is to boost commercial activity, promote training, and foster interaction among professionals across the entire value chain.
Furthermore, in this edition, Bakery & Ice Cream Attraction joins Anuga Select Ibérica. This union represents a strategic advantage that strengthens the global visibility of the event, creating a unique platform for international business and networking. The joint celebration opens new opportunities to attract more exhibitors and buyers, expanding the diversity of the offer and consolidating Madrid as an essential meeting point for the bakery, pastry, ice cream, and coffee sectors.
Product scope includes bakery and viennoiserie (raw materials, machinery, packaging), ice cream and horchata (refrigeration, industrial ice cream), auxiliary industry (processing, logistics, hygiene), and coffee (roasters, OCS, hospitality machines). The show runs at IFEMA Madrid, Av. del Partenón 5, as part of ANUGA SELECT IBÉRICA 2027.
