Gaishoku Business Week, Japan's long-running trade fair for the foodservice (gaishoku) industry, continues from 2026 as part of FOOD STYLE JAPAN 2026 , held 30 September - 2 October 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight (East Halls 1-3, 10:00-17:00, final day until 16:00). The merged show - combining the former Gaishoku Business Week and the National Food Delicacies EXPO - spans foodservice, prepared-food (nakashoku) and retail, with co-located events including the Ramen Industry Expo, food packaging and logistics shows, plus special programmes on DX and management support. The original gaishokubusiness.jp domain is no longer in use; foodstyle.jp is the current official site.
