The Gourmet Show is Japan's leading B2B trade fair for gourmet food, specialty ingredients, beverages, kitchenware and tableware, organised by Business Guide-Sha, Inc. and held twice a year at Tokyo Big Sight alongside the Tokyo International Gift Show.
