FOOD STYLE JAPAN 2027 <Tokyo>

FOOD STYLE JAPAN is Japan's largest food business negotiation show for the foodservice, prepared-meal and retail industries, organised by the FOOD STYLE Japan Executive Committee (Innovent, Inc.). The Tokyo edition, the 21st running of the show, is held over three days and brings together more than 3,600 companies from across Japan.
The show grew out of the former Eating Out Business Week. The exhibition was renamed and given a new logo as FOOD STYLE JAPAN in 2025, and the Tokyo dates, halls and format now belong to that single brand.
Eight specialised shows run within the FOOD STYLE JAPAN frame: Ramen Expo in Japan (16th edition), Soba & Udon Industry Show (12th), Izakaya Industry Show (14th), Restaurant Prosperity Support Show (5th), Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe Industry Show (3rd), Food Delivery & Takeout Show (3rd), Restaurant Tech EXPO (2nd) and Yakiniku Industry Show (2nd).
Special zones include the Nationwide Gourmet Foods EXPO, the Foodservice & Retail DX and Management Support EXPO, the Central Kitchen and Food Factory EXPO, the Food OEM, Ingredients and Materials EXPO, the Alcohol and Soft Drinks Pavilion, the Natural and Wellness Foods Pavilion, the Food Collaboration Pavilion and FOOD STYLE GIFT. Concurrently staged shows are the Ramen Expo in Japan, the Food Packaging Materials & Machinery Show, the Food Logistics & 3PL Show 2027 and the Restaurant Management DX EXPO, which brings together technology for restaurant stores, offices and kitchens.
Admission is by advance online registration, which is free; visitors without pre-registration pay JPY 5,000 per person. One registration gives access to all of the co-located shows, and the programme includes key-note talks, specialist seminars, new-product collections and pre-arranged one-to-one business meetings.
