FM & Clean Saudi Arabia (formerly FM Expo Saudi / Saudi FM & Clean) is organised by dmg events and runs 19–22 September 2027 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (ROSHN Front). Opening hours are 16:00–22:00 daily.
The show is co-located with Big 5 Construct Saudi's Construction & Building Services edition (the same organiser also runs a separate Architecture & Finishes edition on 24–27 May 2027, which does not include this FM & Clean brand).
Who it is for
The event connects suppliers of facilities management, cleaning, hygiene, maintenance, safety and building-operations products with construction, property and facilities professionals. Stated buyer titles include facilities, procurement, property, asset, operations, maintenance, cleaning, HSE and security managers.
Official positioning: keep buildings working long after delivery, against Saudi Arabia's large construction pipeline (the organiser cites SAR 2.17 trillion of projects in development in 2026 and further planned investment through 2030).
