UCX London is the UK’s leading event for unified communications and collaboration technologies. It is designed for anyone influencing tool selection and implementation — from UCaaS and CCaaS stacks to data-driven customer experience, automation and AI.

About the show

UCX focuses on connected workspaces, colleague and customer experience, and workforce transformation. The two-day exhibition is co-located with Digital Transformation EXPO (DTX), covering customer contact centres, CX, cyber security, intelligent service and operations, AI and automation, and digital workplace / employee experience.

Key themes include balancing AI integration with human expertise, secure agentic AI, accessible and inclusive workplaces, and closing the implementation gap between deployment and operationalisation.

A second UK edition, UCX Manchester, is listed as part of Manchester Tech Week on 28–29 April 2027.
