Afwa Annual Meeting 2026
The 116th Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies (AFWA) Annual Meeting will be held September 13‑16, 2026 at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Over 700 senior officials from U.S. state, territorial, Canadian, and Mexican fish and wildlife agencies, as well as conservation groups, will convene. The program features collaborative committee and working‑group meetings, a plenary session on policy and management issues, an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding achievements, and extensive networking and social events. The venue highlights historic architecture, a preserved Underground Railroad section, and modern amenities for attendees. The meeting serves as a central forum for conservation leadership, policy discussion, and partnership building across the North American fish and wildlife community.
