Xu Dazhe Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, Director of Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial People's Congress said during his visit to 2019 PBCTE, that the new Hunan should be driven by innovation, enhance the strength and quality of construction, and promote the development of residential construction. He also said it was important to inject power into the construction of a rich, beautiful, and happy Hunan. Du Jiahao Vice Chairman of National People's Congress Financial and Economic Affairs Commission proposed that Changsha be "the center for convention and exhibits in Central China and host top brand exhibitions from around the world" and to help build the communication bridge between hunan and the rest of the world. He said that Hunan's building industry was a competitive and characteristic industry with a large market. The government should support this industry by releasing strong policies, improving the entire industry chain, cultivating and expanding the leading enterprises, and promoting the sustainable and healthy growth of the industry. He said: Hunan Province started building an intelligent platform to promote prefabricated construction in the whole industrial chain. It also provided new ideas and methods for promoting prefabricated buildings nationwide.
