Freeport Fall Festival 2026
About
Each year on the first weekend in October, Visit Freeport brings together over 200 New England artists, makers and local food producers for a three-day festival throughout downtown Freeport, Maine. The 27th Annual Freeport Fall Festival runs Friday–Sunday, October 2–4, 2026. Admission is free.
Besides browsing local art, visitors can enjoy live music on five stages, food artisans and food trucks, and free family activities such as make-and-take crafts and scavenger hunts.

Locations
The festival is town-wide in downtown Freeport, including L.L.Bean, the Mallard Parking Lot (behind Freeport Historical Society), Freeport Village Station, 135 Main Street, Memorial Park, and Freeport Town Hall.
Free shuttle service runs from L.L.Bean Corporate Headquarters (Casco Street & Route 1) to festival stops. Shuttle hours: Friday 08:00–19:00, Saturday 08:00–19:00, Sunday 08:00–18:00 (additional evening service to L.L.Bean Headquarters until 21:00).

A 2026 festival guide is coming soon. Call 207-865-1212 to request a printed guide by mail, pick one up in town from mid-September, or collect one at Information Booths during the festival.
