We are excited to begin planning the 2023 Winter Conference, which will be held at Benton Convention Center, Winston-Salem from December 6-8th, 2023. Integrated care for the Medicaid Behavioral Plan/IDD Tailored Plan will begin on October 1 this year. This radical shift in the care of individuals with behavioral and I/DD issues involves innovative protocols and processes that create new partnerships between healthcare, social services and education. To support this shift, i2i’s conference – Delivering on Integration: Optimizing connections – will focus on bringing new partners together, advancing relationships and understanding new practices that facilitate a whole person care system.
The Whova Event Management App will enhance the learning, networking and information sharing at this in-person event.
i2i offers two types of sessions: virtual and in-person. The live sessions in person will take place on-site. Virtual-only topics will be recorded and made available on the Whova APP so that attendees can view them at their own convenience. Virtual and in-person presentations provide a significant amount of exposure to i2i's audience.
