About

The 26th Annual Community Employment Day Career Fair and Roundtables - Bay Area is the Northern California edition of City Career Fair's Community Employment Day series. The in-person fair gives recruiters direct access to one of the United States' largest pools of ethnically varied, diverse and qualified professionals, and is positioned by the organizer as the only career fair that targets and delivers candidates from all communities, including those covered under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Highlights

• Co-hosted with the Community Recruiter's Network, which runs a Community Roundtable on the morning of the fair exclusively for employers, professional and community-based organizations, community partners and media.
• Dedicated recruiting pavilions: ADA / People with Disabilities, Government, Healthcare, High Tech and Top Secret Security Clearance, Professional & Community Based Organizations, and Veterans.
• Current and past Bay Area employers include Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, IRS Criminal Investigation, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, Alameda County Sheriff's Office, Alameda County Social Services Agency, Peace Corps, East Bay Regional Park District Public Safety, NBC Bay Area / Telemundo 48, USDA and Oakland Public Library.
• The organizer produces more than 30 Community Employment Day career fairs and roundtables in major U.S. cities each year; the Bay Area hosts two editions annually (February and September).
