About Bakers Technology Fair
Bakers Technology Fair is a trade exhibition for bakery and food-processing professionals. It presents technologies, equipment, products and trends for the bakery and related food-and-drink processing industries, creating a meeting place for suppliers and business visitors.
Dates and venue
The Bengaluru edition is scheduled for 20–22 January 2027 at Tripura Vasini, Palace Ground. Published visitor hours are 11:00–19:00 on 20–21 January and 11:00–18:00 on 22 January.
