The "city of Modernity" - Chemnitz, has a handmade creative market.
Since 2013, the Chemnitz Trade Fair provides an atmosphere. The main hall, with its large foyer and light-flooded main hall, welcomes several thousand visitors each year.
Setup is Friday, 16th at 7 pm or Saturday from 7 am to 9:45 am.
Parking: In front of the fair, subject to charge.
Market times: Saturday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Admission: EUR5 for full-paying students/pupils / EUR4 for reduced pupils/students. Pensioner. Severely handicapped. Children up to 14-years-old are eligible for Citizens' Benefit.
Simone is my name and I have been a freelance illustrator/painter in Berlin since 2006. As part of my label Meisie Berlin I design stationery such as greeting cards and calendars. I also sell them in retail stores and through postcard publishers.
Windfarben, my company, is almost five years old. Since October 2014, I have turned my hobby into my profession. Together with my employees, we sew high quality, embroidered faux-leather bags and backpacks of different shapes and sizes. We can design each product individually using our embroidery machine.
