HOUTBOUW, the new trade fair dedicated to innovative solutions for wood and hybrid construction, is a brand-new event.
A trade fair focusing on hybrid, wood-based, and bio-based construction. The Brabanthallen, Den Bosch will host a trade fair on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in 2024.

The Brabanthallen will once again host the Renovation & Transformation trade fair, MONUMENT, and HOUTBOUW simultaneously from Tuesday, 14 May to Thursday, 16 May. The main themes will be the renovation of monumental and other real estate, and innovation in wood, biobased or hybrid construction. Professionals can enter for free.
It is not difficult to have the will to move to low-CO2 building, but it is hard to put into practice. Alex de Rijke is the first professor in Wood Construction of the Netherlands. He says that "the concrete culture has been deeply ingrained".
