The Ultimate Family Event! Bring your pet to the Expo? Pet birds are currently allowed at the Ottawa Pet Expo. The CPE team, along with OMAFRA/CFIA will closely monitor HPAI (Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza), throughout the summer and will regularly update our website and social networks on the situation. The safety of your pet bird will always be our top priority. Ottawa Pet Expo will be affected if the Ontario government issues a Compliance Order. The Bird Zone at the Expo will remain open, but no birds will be allowed to attend.
Ottawa Pet Expo 2023 - Ottawa's Largest Pet Festival is a family event. We are so excited to return to Ottawa on October 14 and 15, 2023, for what will be a fantastic weekend! Ottawa Pet Expo will be a great event for you and your pet! Interactive installations such as a TICA cat show, celebrity pets and a Bird Market are planned. There will also be creative grooming demonstrations, a Reptile & Plant Expo, and a Marketplace focusing on pets. We encourage responsible pet companionship at the EY Centre!
Ottawa Pet Expo has a pet-friendly atmosphere for the whole family. We can't get enough of your furry, feathery or scaley family member! Please be aware that some pets may not have been socialized to a large group setting. Make sure your pet is comfortable and attend.
The OPE has two dog resting stations on site, as well as a stamp for same-day re-entry. Your VIP bag contains a poop-bag to collect any accidents. We have a team of experts on hand to help clean up!
