Payment is due by May 15, 2024. There will be no refunds made after July 1, 2024.
After the 15th of May, late fees will be charged at 20%. At this time, no payment is required.
Please see the instructions below for details. Please review the call-in etiquette before you begin. Join the call about a few minutes prior to the start of the selection hour. Have your unique identifier ready and your booth choice. You can unmute your phone after Martha announces your company's name. Then, you will need to state your name and unique identifier. After your booth selection has been confirmed, you may leave the conference.
Please complete the proxy selection sheet by September 5, 2023 at 5PM CST if you or your representative are unable or unwilling to call or reply during your scheduled time. Include your desired booth size as well as your selection criteria. Martha will choose a booth for you when your company is next to be selected.
We will do it again. Email seems to be the most efficient way to communicate with everyone in our office, as we are short-staffed. Some people still work remotely. Please understand that we are working hard to find space for the year 2024 with over 300 companies. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you at TPS in 2023.
