Salon Du Chocolat Brussels
the Belgian capital has been hosting the Salon du Chocolat!
This year’s theme was Valentine’s Day, and some 15,900 chocolate lovers came to indulge their passion at Tour & Taxis.
More than 100 participants were present during the 3-day event at Tour & Taxis: chocolatiers, pastry chefs, confectioners, bean-to-bar specialists and cocoa-producing countries.
Lots of events were lined up for visitors of all ages: recipe demonstrations by top chefs and chocolate masters, tasting sessions, pastry-making lessons… and the famous chocolate fashion show!
The Salon du Chocolat is the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa.
