The Red Sox and Yankees' most recent championships trophies stop at Plymouth Rock Boston, New Jersey and other office locations in order to start the new baseball season.
Plymouth Rock Assurance employees in Boston and Woodbridge, New Jersey, kicked off baseball season 2023 last week by watching the Boston Red Sox & the New York Yankees.
Plymouth Rock, in celebration of baseball's return, worked with the Boston Red Sox, and the New York Yankees, to bring the most recent championships trophies of both teams to two of its offices, located in Boston and Woodbridge.
Each office held a game-day party for its employees. The event included food inspired by ball parks, such as hot dogs, popcorn and delicious desserts. Employees were also given the chance to take photos with the trophy.
Mary Sprong is Chief Human Resources Officer at Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation. She said, "We are in a unique situation as a company, to be both fans and team partners of the Red Sox, and the Yankees." It's an excellent perk for employees who love the teams and baseball in general to have championship trophies at the office. It is always fun to offer unique experiences to employees. "It's even more exciting when we can team up with two of our favourite teams.".
