Quilt ShowJoin the fun and save the date!The Ozark Piecemakers Quilt Guild held the OPQG Quilt Show from September 26 to 28, 2024.Our next show will take place from September 26 to 28 in 2024.Join in the fun! View hundreds of quilts, as well as special exhibits. Browse our vendor mall, Guild boutique and more.Attend inspirational, free lectures. Antique quilt bed-turnings, classes, and a Quilts Of Valor ceremony. Document your quilt's value with a professional appraisal.There will be a great selection of door prize donated by our exhibitors and vendors, as well as quilt shops from across the region. Each day, there will be hourly drawings for door prizes.The 2022 show featured over 800 quilts including challenge quilts and antique bed turnings.The vendor area will feature a large number of quilters and sewing vendors, as well as a boutique with quality items created by guild members. There will also be a quilt sale held in the exhibitor hall.The 2024 OPQG quilt show will be held at the E*Plex, Ozark Empire Fairgrounds. 3001 N. Grant Ave. Springfield, MO 65803. The E*Plex can be found conveniently in Northwest Springfield, just east of I-44 at Missouri Highway 13(Kansas Expressway).The event is open on September 26 and 27, 2024 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and September 28 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.The E*Plex offers free parking, as well as handicapped-accessible parking. The complex is all on the ground floor. The Fairgrounds do not rent wheelchairs, scooters or strollers. You will need to bring these items if you require mobile assistance. Each day, two large concessions areas will be available. The Ozark Empire Fairgrounds' E*Plex prepares and sells food.The deadline for entering your quilt in our next show will be July 1, 2024.
