Event Dates and Times. Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th of July 2024. Visitors Access – 09:00-17:00 on Wednesday 3rd and 10:00-16:00 on Thursday 4th. Exhibitors access (for Exhibition Stand setup) - 10:00-18:00 on Monday, 1st of July (Outdoors only), 09:00-19:00 (Outdoors), 14:00-19:00(Indoors), 08:00 Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th July. You will need to register at the Warwickshire Event Centre as soon as possible after arriving.
Please note that your Exhibitor Badges are either available at the Registration Desk or on your stand.

Take Exit 17 on the M1 (M45) if you are coming from the South. Continue on the M45 until it ends, and then continue straight ahead (A45) at the roundabout. Turn left at the next intersection (1 mile). This road is signed Princethorpe. Continue on this road for approximately 3.3 miles, until you reach the A423 Coventry - Banbury Road. This junction is the B4455 Fosse Way. Continue on the B4455, passing three intersections along the way. You will arrive at the Exhibition Centre after 5.1 miles.
Via M1 North: Exit the M1 via Exit 21, take the M69/A46 to its intersection with the A45, and turn left at the roundabout to follow the A45 signposted London. After a few hundred metres, take the sliproad on the left marked Banbury A423 Continue straight on the A423 for approximately 3.7 mile to Princethorpe. Turn right at Princethorpe onto the B4455 Fosse Way and continue for 5.1 miles, passing three intersections. The exhibition centre is located after a 5.1 mile journey.
