Strategies and methods for a sustainable transformation of the product, the factory, and the supply chain.
We can see that the corona epidemic will become more manageable. It is still a mystery to us as a society. There are also deep skid marks from missing semiconductors or other components. These challenges can be augmented by switching to new drive technologies, disruptions in supply chains, and new opportunities. New priorities are needed when viewed in conjunction. It is impossible to view/optimize individual processes in production, development, logistics, and the market in isolation. The strategies and projects need to be integrated into the mix of various assessments so that they can seamlessly move into the next phase of local and international transformation. We will see this in action at the next AKJ Automotive Congress, May 4th-5th, 2022. Key-note lectures, panel discussions and technical contributions will all be available. Factory tours, workshops, and answers from OEMs, Discuss Suppliers and Service Providers will also be part of the program.
