Another is in a small structure near the picnic tables outside on the asphalt next to the Carnival Lot vendor.The Event Center has a strict policy on smoking and dogs.Clackamas County Fairgrounds and Event Center is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed on the grounds, or in any of the buildings. The Fairgrounds do not allow pets at any time.
