The building and the room were stunning. All staff were extremely kind. The hotel's location was ideal for the concert at Ball Arena.
It was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. The pillows were large and comfortable. The 16th Street Mall was a stunning view. It was great location but it was difficult to find the check-in desk. They moved it, and we didn't know that until we arrived.
It was breathtaking to see the city from above!
We loved the breakfast!
The bar in the main lobby was also nice.
