Palais Niederosterreich, historically known as the Niederosterreichisches Landeshaus (Estates House of Lower Austria), is a historical building in Vienna. This building was home to the estates general for the state of Lower Austria from 1848 until now. It was occupied by the state assembly until 1861 and some ministries of the state government until 1997 when St. Polten assumed full control of the new capital of Lower Austria.

In the revolution of March 1848, the Niederosterreichisches Landeshaus played an important role as the focal point of the revolutionary forces. The military subsequently defeated the uprising.

It was home to the Parliament of the New Republic of German Austria in 1918.

The building was renovated extensively and restored after 1997's move of the legislature and ministries. It is now used for exhibitions, private functions, and other events. In 2004, it was renamed Palais Niederosterreich.
