The 18-room house was built in 1879 by Frank Furness, an American architect. It is one of the finest examples of Victorian Stick Style architecture in the United States. The 2020-21 tour \"This Old House\" focuses primarily on the Physick House, and Cape May MAC, which lovingly restored the house 50 years ago. It continues to be maintained today.
