Balance is Alberta's First Indigenous Health and Wellness Expo. Come and join us at the Edmonton Expo Centre on April 20 and 21, 2024 to learn about Indigenous health, wellness and much more.
Wellness has been a part of Indigenous culture for centuries. Balance Expo, a brand new event, aims to share and reclaim Indigenous health.
Balance will work to teach and demonstrate lifestyle teachings from our ancestors while incorporating new knowledge to add to the ancient and continuing chain of wisdom. Balance will empower people of every age to make health and wellness a priority.
The Balance Expo brings together inspirational speakers, leaders, and authors with people who are looking to become the best versions of themselves.
