Lifestyle Press ReleasesGauteng will host the Mzansi Food & Drink Show in 2024April 21, 2023The Mzansi Food & Drink Show, which is expected to be South Africa's largest culinary extravaganza, will take place from June 15-17 2024 at the Kyalami Convention Centre.RX Africa launched the show in Johannesburg today. The company is behind many of the most popular events in the country, including Decorex JHB and Comic Con Africa.The mega food and beverage festival will include previous events such as the highly successful and popular Fire & Feast and Coffee & Chocolate Expo, with the addition of Fine Food & Wine and Bar & Good Spirits.Hanli Góncalves, Portfolio director of the Mzansi Food & Drink Show says: "We think South Africans are prepared for a show of this magnitude and we're determined to make it Africa's biggest and best culinary show." The stage will be where local chefs will show off their skills and the latest food and fashion trends will be available. There will also something for everyone and for every taste.The show will feature food and beverage tastings, cooking demonstrations, masterclasses and special offers, as well as a marketplace full of gastronomic delights. The event will be a family-friendly affair, with a focus on meat, braai, outdoor cooking and more.Chef Mokgadi Itsweng was the master of ceremonies for the launch, which took place at the Buitengeluk Broadacres Gardens, in Sandton. He is the author of Veggielicious - a best-selling cookbook. South Africans love food and drinks.
