The show is open to the industry from 8.30am - 4.30pm on Wednesday and Thursday, and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Friday.WhereThe inaugural event is being held at the Melbourne Showgrounds in Ascot Vale in Victoria. Victoria is the state that exports the most agricultural products of Australia.
