Southwest Geotechnical Engineering Conference, now in its 47th year, is an event that you will not want to miss. The conference is aimed at geotechnical practitioners working in State Departments of Transportation, as well as those in related geotechnical fields in the transportation industry. The conference will bring designers, practitioners, vendors, students, and researchers together to discuss and share advances and opportunities related to Geotechnical, Geological, Geophysical, and Geoenvironmental Engineering in the Southwestern US.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you send a replacement. If you request a full refund, less $50 in administrative fees, and send it to us at least 7 days before the event, we will honor your request. After that date, no refunds will take place. Returned checks will also be subject to a $30 fee. Please note that you will still be responsible for payment if you do not cancel before the deadline, and you do not attend. Southwest Geotechnical Engineering Conference is not responsible for any loss incurred by attendees, including airline cancellation fees or hotel deposits.
